Do you accept checks or money orders?
Sorry - we only accept electronic payment
via credit card or PayPal. If you do not have a credit card,
PayPal allows you to send an e-check from your bank account.
Can I order by phone or mail?
Not at this time, no. All orders must be
placed here on the website.
Is it safe to buy things on the
internet?
Yes. Believe it or not, online transactions are
even safer than traditional
retail transactions. We use the latest technology, 256-bit SSL
encryption,
which secures your sensitive information in your web browser
- before it ever
reaches the internet. And since our order processing system
is automated, your credit card
information is never even seen by human eyes. Compare that to
what typically happens at a restaurant, for example, where
your credit card completely disappears for a time - totally
out of your sight and control.
How long will it take to get my order?
We use Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal
Service. This is a 2-3 day service that enables us to ship
to P.O. boxes and to military APO/FPO addresses, as well as
any address with a valid United States zip code. Combined with our 2-3
day processing time, it usually takes about a week for
your order to arrive at your door.

Save money with flat-rate shipping. Pay only $5.95 for our
domestic Priority Mail
shipping, no matter how many shirts you order. In addition,
DHL delivery options are now available. Our 2-3 day processing time applies to all
shipping methods.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we now ship to 45 countries
worldwide, and to US military APO's anywhere.
What is your return policy?
If your shirt doesn't fit, or you simply aren't
satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it
hassle-free up to 90 days after purchase. Please
contact us to arrange for an
exchange or refund.
Can you print the design on the back
of the shirt or
add my logo?
In order to get the highest possible
quality, our products are professionally
screen printed in bulk. So it
wouldn't be feasible to customize them unless you are making
a volume purchase. (12 dozen or more)
What does IMAO stand for?
IMAO is an acronym for In My Arrogant
Opinion. It's a spoof of the popular internet acronym IMHO
which stands for In My Humble Opinion.
Are your shirts made in America?
For the most part, yes. The blank shirts
we get from Champion, Hanes and Gildan may be assembled in
Central America, but the cotton they use is grown in Texas.
And the shirts are designed in Florida, printed in
California, and processed in Michigan. |
